📦 AERA SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Overview

At Aera, we want you to receive your order quickly and safely. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process from checkout to delivery.


Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days before shipping.

  • Orders placed Monday through Friday are typically processed the same or next business day

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships

Please note: Order processing begins once your order status changes to Accepted. For the first two hours after purchase, your order status will display as New.


Shipping Times (US Domestic Only)

Once your order ships, delivery typically takes:

  • Standard Shipping via USPS: 2 to 4 business days

  • Total time from order to delivery: 3 to 9 business days, including processing

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier conditions.


Shipping Costs

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available on all orders $75 and over, including:

  • 3 Month Supply ($89.99)

  • 6 Month Supply ($149.99)

Flat Rate Shipping

A flat rate of $4.99 applies to orders under $75, including:

  • 1 Month Supply ($34.99)


Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including:

  • All 50 states

  • Washington D.C.

  • US territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands

International shipping is not available at this time. We hope to expand internationally in the future.


Package Protection

Route Package Protection (Optional)

Route Package Protection is available at checkout for $2.95 and covers:

  • Loss during transit

  • Theft after delivery

  • Damage during shipping

How Route Works

  • Add Route at checkout

  • If an issue occurs, file a claim directly with Route

  • Route will refund or replace your order quickly

  • No need to contact carriers or wait on long claims

We strongly recommend Route protection for peace of mind, especially on larger orders.

Without Route Protection

  • You are responsible for filing claims with USPS

  • Carrier investigations may take 7 to 14 business days or longer

  • We will assist where possible, but the carrier controls the outcome


Tracking Your Order

Tracking information is emailed as soon as your order ships.

To track your order:

  • Open your shipping confirmation email

  • Click the tracking number

  • View real time updates from USPS

Delivery Issues

Package Not Arrived

If your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

  • Check the tracking status

  • Check with neighbors or building management

  • Contact us within 7 days at support@myaera.co

If you added Route Protection, file a claim directly with Route for faster resolution.


Package Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package:

  • Check your mailbox, porch, side doors, and surrounding area

  • Ask neighbors or building staff

  • Wait 24 hours, as carriers sometimes mark deliveries early

  • Contact us within 7 days

If you have Route Protection, theft is covered and claims are resolved quickly.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Take photos of the damaged product and packaging

  • Contact support@myaera.co within 7 days

  • Include your order number and photos

We will send a replacement at no cost. No return is required.

If Route Protection was added, Route will handle the replacement even faster.


Address Changes

Need to update your shipping address?

Email support@myaera.co immediately with:

  • Your order number

  • The corrected shipping address

Important

  • Address changes can only be made before shipment

  • Once shipped, packages cannot be redirected

  • You are responsible for entering an accurate address at checkout

Packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.


PO Boxes and Military Addresses

We ship to:

  • PO Boxes

  • APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses

Delivery to military addresses may take 7 to 14 business days.


Order Modifications and Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order:

Before Shipping

  • Orders can be modified or canceled

  • Full refunds are available

After Shipping

  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled

  • You may refuse delivery or request a refund under our 60 day guarantee


Subscription Shipping

For subscription orders:

  • Each shipment follows this same shipping policy

  • You will receive a reminder email before each shipment

  • Shipping is included based on your selected bundle size

  • Subscriptions can be modified or paused before the next shipment processes


Customs and Duties

Not applicable. We currently ship only within the United States.


Holiday and Peak Season Delays

During peak periods such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and December holidays:

  • Processing times may extend to 3 to 7 business days

  • Carrier delays may occur

We will notify you via email if delays are expected.


Lost Package Policy

If USPS confirms your package as lost:

With Route Protection

  • File a claim with Route

  • Route will refund or replace your order immediately

Without Route Protection

  • We will assist with filing a USPS claim

  • Claims may take 7 to 14 business days

  • Once approved, we will issue a refund or replacement

To avoid delays, we strongly recommend adding Route Protection at checkout.


Shipping Confirmation Emails

You may receive up to three emails:

  • Order Confirmation after purchase

  • Shipping Confirmation with tracking details

  • Delivery Confirmation when USPS delivers your package if Route is enabled

If you are not receiving emails:

  • Check spam or junk folders

  • Add support@myaera.co to your contacts

  • Contact us to update your email address


Weather Related Delays

Severe weather may cause delivery delays beyond our control.

  • USPS may suspend service during extreme conditions

  • Your package is safe but delayed

  • Track your order for updates

If delays exceed 10 business days, contact us for assistance.


Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned as undeliverable:

  • We will contact you to confirm your address

  • Reshipping may require additional shipping fees unless the error was ours

Common reasons include incorrect addresses, lack of access, repeated delivery attempts, or refused delivery.
